Philosophy

S.TL believes that design is not just about aesthetics, but also about learning, understanding, and joy. My ideas are content-driven and shaped by my extensive experience in the field. As a freelance creative agency, I strive to approach each question in a unique way, tailored to the client's specific needs. Each project, whether it is a book design, an identity, a campaign, an exhibition, a mural or an installation, grows from a process of conceptually rigorous research, paying close attention to both the formal properties and the contextual framework in which the project participates. Graduated with a BA in graphic design (2015, KABK). As a freelancer I worked with, among others: Adrian Bridget, Bart de Baets, Funk-e, Garage Rotterdam, KABK The Hague, Rotterdam Electronix, Noise Magazine, Studio Adriaan Melleger, Sandra Kassenaar, Studio Lennarts&deBruijn and Skatestore.nl.

I also have 9+ years of agency experience, working at Ontwerpwerk in The Hague (1.5 years), Enchilada (2 years) and Pony Design Club (5.5 years) in Rotterdam.
